Code analysis as a practice support tool

This page maps to the existing code-analysis dashboard surface and upload flows.

What code analysis is for

Upload or connect work you are allowed to analyze, and EraCode surfaces themes—strengths, recurring patterns, and areas worth another look—so you can decide what to study or refactor next.

It is meant as a coach’s mirror: helpful signals for where to spend practice time, not a verdict on hiring or performance.

How it fits with challenges

Analysis can point at weak spots; challenges give you short reps to address them. Used together, you get a loop: notice a theme, practice something adjacent, read feedback, repeat.

Privacy and expectations

Treat uploads the way you would any engineering artifact: only content you have rights to use, and read the Privacy page for how data is handled end to end.

Outputs are suggestions—always validate security-sensitive changes through your normal review and testing process.

Good to know

Code analysis highlights themes and suggestions—it is guidance, not a guarantee of correctness or security.
